Hit the phones, send the emails, and make the connections needed to keep your pipeline full. Prospect and create new business opportunities every day. Run discovery meetings that uncover needs and turn them into proposals that clients can’t refuse. Manage the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed contract. Use HubSpot CRM to keep everything on track. Meet or beat your sales targets month after month without fail. Keep your own sales metrics in HubSpot, move deals and dates as applicable. What We Expect From You

2-4 years

of

B2B

sales experience is required. Sales experience in SaaS, tech, advertising, media, or services rather than product-based sales is a significant asset. Your previous employers would describe you as “The Closer” You are goal-oriented and keep your eye on the prize. You are motivated to win and there isn’t another option. People love you. You have magnetic energy. You get along with everyone because you know how to navigate different personalities, conversations, and relationships. You are coachable and are excited to learn and follow our proven sales model. You respect Company policies and processes. Good to know

This is an

in-office position , Monday to Friday, in West Edmonton. A

reliable vehicle

and a

valid driver’s license

are mandatory. Client meetings may take place in our office, out in the community, or at the client’s place of business. Networking is mandatory , and some events may fall outside of office hours. Compensation That Rewards Hustle

Your income grows with your performance — push harder, earn more. This role comes with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses for meeting your goals.
