Overview

Account Manager Retail SMB- Business Sales involves introducing small and medium business customers to the latest high tech 5G products and services, in-store, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. You will interact with SMB customers, demonstrate the value of end-to-end technology solutions, and drive small business results through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals. This is a hybrid role with in-store work at least five days per week. What you’ll be doing

Introduce SMB customers to 5G products and services that solve their business needs, in-store, digitally, and via outbound prospecting. Demonstrate the value of end-to-end technology solutions to energize customers’ businesses. Drive small business results by prospecting, networking and working leads and referrals; grow customer base by acquiring and retaining SMB accounts. Partner with and mentor Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive results. Utilize solutions-based selling to solve business problems; outbound sales prospecting and customer visits. Service existing customer base; use sales enablement systems to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business. What we’re looking for

You’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience. Three or more years of relevant experience (sales, marketing, or customer service). Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Even better if you have: Associates or Bachelor’s degree or related certifications/college courses. Outside sales experience including outbound prospecting; experience influencing a team to drive sales results; ability to work in a team environment. People skills for influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution and building trust at all levels. Compensation and Benefits

Salary varies by geography and performance and experience; compensation includes base pay and target commissions with unlimited earning potential.
