Where: In office at 2000 Vermont Dr Suite 100, Fort Collins, CO 80525 Pay Range: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Hours: 25 hours a week, Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:30am - 2:30 pm; No on-call required Client Service Representative (CSR) Discover a client service role that makes every day rewarding. As a Client Service Representative,here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Assistour Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards Schedule staff and improve the process of client/patient scheduling for home care services Verify documentation on employee’s schedules Assistwith office functions such as processing weekly payroll Act as a customer services representative for thePersonal Care and Support Servicesclients and employees. A few must-haves for Client Service Representatives: One (1) year experience in health care, temporarystaffing or related industry preferred. Scheduling experience preferred. At least 18 years of age. Requires excellent customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-pacedenvironment. Proven organization skills and detail orientation Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others. Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
