Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is goal-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about sales—but does not want a traditional clinical or outside sales position. This is a
non-clinical ,
in-house
role focused on prospecting, cold calling, account management, and driving revenue through relationship-building and strategic selling. Limited travel required. What You’ll Do:
Identify and engage prospective customers through research tools such as Definitive Healthcare and Seamless.AI Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, including cross-selling and upselling existing customers Maintain a deep understanding of our products, the reprocessing market, and purchasing / buyback contract terms Consistently meet and exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs and contribute to overall sales goals Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to design solutions that meet customer needs and close deals Ensure CRM (NetSuite) accuracy and maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities Utilize Qlik dashboards and other tools to analyze sales trends and performance Maintain a professional appearance and represent NES with confidence during customer interactions Take on additional projects and initiatives as assigned by Sales Leadership What We’re Looking For:
1–2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in medical device, healthcare, or inside sales Experience with CRM systems (NetSuite preferred) and sales enablement tools Driven, self-motivated, and results-focused with strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable multitasking, collaborating across departments, and handling multiple priorities Professional demeanor with excellent presentation skills What Makes You Stand Out:
Demonstrated success in cold calling and prospecting High attention to detail in CRM usage and pipeline management Experience using tools like Definitive Healthcare, AlphaSophia, Seamless.AI, Qlik or similar sales platforms Previous exposure to the medical device or healthcare industry 401(k) with company match Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off
