Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the elevator or related industry Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and closing skills with a proven sales track record Ability to empathize, listen and connect with people to form outstanding customer relationships Excellent time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities Motivated, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a strong character aligned with Schindler’s values Experience with SAP and a results-driven mindset to thrive in a competitive sales environment Demonstrated Ability to handle a mix of office and fieldwork, with flexibility for travel and managing customer interactions Customer Account Management: proficient in building and managing client relationships, ability to handle challenging inquiries, while ensuring satisfactory resolution with a focus on revenue generation Negotiation & Strategy: experienced in the ability to negotiate contract terms and develop sales strategies that align with the customers’ needs and Schindler values and are compliant with all regulations. Effectively, addresses and overcomes objections from clients in negotiations Sales & Closing Skills: proficient in closing deals and securing agreements when finalizing contracts. Ability to independently identify and pursue sales opportunities, qualifying customers’ needs and introducing new services and technology Effective communication skills are required when communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales objectives Leadership: ability to provide guidance and expert support to more junior sales account managers and representatives. Proven track of collaborating with Field Superintendents and technicians with quality improvement processes. What’s in it for you?
