POSITION OVERVIEW The Account Manager will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing customer relationships while driving sales growth. The position requires excellent customer service and going above and beyond in taking care of our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs Address and resolve customer issues promptly QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Experience managing client relationships is preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening Dedicated to customer service Able to anticipate customer needs Able to effectively relate to a customer Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Positive attitude and ability to bring your best daily Compensation $42,500.00 - $65,850.00 per year
