Guide customers through their car buying journey with professionalism and confidence Present and explain vehicle options, features, pricing, warranties, and financing solutions Maintain accurate sales records and up-to-date customer profiles in our CRM system Handle inbound leads (phone, internet, showroom) and follow up promptly Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering world-class customer service Stay up to date on product knowledge, incentives, and promotions Participate in regular training and dealership meetings Represent the dealership in a clean, courteous, and professional manner Minimum of one (1) year of sales experience
(automotive sales highly preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills A team-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed customer expectations Reliable, motivated, and professional appearance and demeanor Quick learner with a willingness to continually improve Bilingual in Spanish?
