Job Title: Researcher Senior Associate

Organize, supervise, and manage day-to-day laboratory operations, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance. Eight Years of Experience required in stem cell, organoid, and advanced biomedical research methodologies. Ability to manage and maintain laboratory cell lines and organoid repositories with high reproducibility. Manage laboratory budgets, purchasing, and vendor interactions; maintain accurate financial and inventory records. Train staff in lab safety, biosafety, and SOPs; enforce quality control standards across all experiments. Mentor lab personnel to ensure progress toward research and operational goals. Lead research projects and collaborate with PI on grant preparation, preliminary data generation. Ensure regulatory compliance (IACUC, IRB, biosafety). Maintain core resources, including laboratory stem cell and cell line repositories. Proven leadership in supervising and training laboratory personnel in safety, protocols, and technical methods. Skilled in developing and enforcing SOPs, quality control, and compliance standards. Knowledge of emerging technologies, imaging platforms, and molecular tools relevant to biomedical research. Ability to ensure compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations (IACUC, IRB, biosafety, OSHA). Competence in designing, executing, and coordinating independent and collaborative research projects. Experience in laboratory management, including budget administration, vendor relations, equipment maintenance, and compliance documentation. Effective communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and external investigators. Ability to support grant applications, progress reports, and manuscript preparation through reliable data generation and analysis. Additional Information:
