Position Overview We are seeking a
compassionate, structured, and skilled EF Learning Specialists
to support our young adult and university clients—ranging from young adults just entering college to those entering their first years in the workforce—in developing systems for time management, organization, productivity, and goal setting. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others grow, a deep understanding of executive functioning challenges (such as procrastination, overwhelm, ADHD, and work-life balance), and a talent for turning chaos into clarity. Responsibilities Coach adult clients 1-on-1 (virtually and/or in-person) using The Ladder Method’s curriculum and methodology Guide clients in improving time management, task initiation, planning, organization, and follow-through Help clients establish and maintain systems that support their personal and professional goals Provide accountability, motivation, and mindset coaching tailored to individual client needs Document progress and communicate regularly with the internal team Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion Qualifications Background in coaching, psychology, education, counseling, social work, or a related field BA or BS required Firm boundaries Strong understanding of executive functioning and how it impacts adult learning and productivity Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills Ability to build rapport quickly and work with clients from diverse backgrounds Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own schedule Experience working with neurodivergent individuals (ADHD, anxiety, etc.) is a plus Experience serving high net-worth clients a plus Must be available for at least 10–15 hours/week to start, with room to grow Why Join The Ladder Method?
