$90,000-110,000/year based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives are also available. This role may support other areas within the Midwest with the possibility of relocation. Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious District Manager in Training to join our team! This role could also support other areas within the company within the northeast, so the ability to re-locate is required. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful District Manager. Candidates will participate in Monro's 5-week District Manager Training and Onboarding Program, which will help you to: Assist in overseeing operations of multiple retail locations within the district Support strategic plans to drive sales and profitability Collaborate with store managers to ensure policy compliance Analyze performance metrics and financial reports Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store employees Conduct store visits for operational assessment and feedback Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies Ensure legal and company compliance Participate in leadership development programs Qualifications 3-5 years retail or related industry experience Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred Strong leadership and management skills Strategic planning and execution abilities Financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build positive relationships with customers and teams Organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software Willingness to travel within the district Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques Understanding of market trends and competitive analysis Additional Information Monro conducts criminal background checks for positions with security or financial responsibilities, in accordance with applicable laws.
