Agricultural Equipment Sales

Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for a Sales person to add to the team at our Granton location. Job Requirements: • 1-2years equipment sales experience or Ag related field preferred • Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions • Ability to clearly explain financing options to customers is vital • Excellent customer relationship skills • Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable record Job Responsibilities: • Sell new and used equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner. • Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central. • Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction. • Conducts new equipment field demonstrations • Maintains current knowledge of financing options Compensation: Tractor Central offers a generous compensation package, including: • Excellent Salary + Commission • Medical, Dental and Life Insurance • 401K plan with company match Work on the best, with the best - John Deere & Tractor Central.
