Summary
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for meeting objectives of developed sales goals established by the supervisor. Assisting walk-in customers, phone customers, and procuring product for warehouse. Assists in warehouse as needed by supervisor with booking interisland and mainland shipments. Responsibilities
Maintains positive customer relations with present/prospective customers. Obtains feedback from customers regarding products. Maintains strong interface with company's service organization to ensure superior customer service. Assists in warehouse as needed, work with our company objectives in maintaining supply/demand and minimizing product. Printing invoices / orders from sales staff. Taking payments through phone and walk-in customers. Work with sales staff to assist in managing inventory. Responsible for actively participating in selling products to support counter sales including dispatch and delivery of farm chemicals and fertilizers. Provides information regarding strategies and solutions to pricing of products. Disclaimer:
