The primary role of the Client Service Associate (CSA) is to provide administrative support to an advisor or team of advisors, including daily, monthly, and annual tasks. The CSA helps the advisor maintain their practice and deliver positive results for the advisor’s clients. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills (verbal and written), and the ability to adapt to a changing work environment. This is an on-site opportunity in Lakeland, FL to support Financial Advisors associated with LPL Financial. You will join a team dedicated to helping clients in every stage of their financial life. This position supports growth of your career by helping people and families that rely on our Financial Advisors for financial solutions. The candidate is expected to be in the office 5 days a week (not remote). Responsibilities
Inbound client calls, schedule appointments, and prepare materials for client meetings Keep client management systems up-to-date with client information Assist with documentation requirements for new business Manage account activities that are operational in nature – new accounts, cash management, transfers, and account maintenance (e.g., periodic distributions, debits) Conduct proactive outreach to clients and advisors on time-sensitive activities (e.g., RMDs) Own inquiries and requests; coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations for timely service Educate clients on account services, capabilities, and new technology (eSignature, paperless statements, Account View, etc.) Partner with Financial Advisor to strategize on opportunities to meet client needs May assist in executing trades for clients as needed What we are looking for

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM applications 2+ years of prior customer service experience Satisfactory completion of LPL Office Essentials or equivalent within 90 days of role Preferences
Financial services industry experience Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance) Experience working with Financial Advisors, Branch and Home Office support teams 2-7 years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge Series 7 and/or Series 66 license Strong analytical skills and ability to research information Demonstrates drive, initiative, and motivation Ability to utilize internal resources, training & self-service options (e.g., iKnow, Resource Center, LPLU) Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication; ability to explain complex information clearly Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, coworkers, and partners Pay Range
$22.82-$38.04/hour. Actual base salary varies based on factors including relevant skill, prior experience, education, internal peers’ base salaries, performance, and location.
