Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the commercial biometric sector, including facial recognition and other authentication modalities. Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging prior sales experience; healthcare industry background is strongly preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus. Present and demonstrate biometric and other authentication solutions to potential clients, highlighting value and benefits tailored to their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing solutions for identity and verification needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Develop strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to enhance solution offerings and market reach. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Your Experience and Background
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in a business or technical field; equivalent education plus relevant work experience may be considered. 5 years of demonstrated relevant experience in sales, achieving revenue targets and strategic growth goals. At least 3 years' experience in selling biometric products and facial recognition technologies, particularly to healthcare or hospitality customers. Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and forecast pipeline opportunities. Proven success as an individual contributor, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to convey and comprehend technical concepts. 5+ years of direct, face-to-face customer selling experience. High-energy hunter with a strong work ethic and a track record of achieving successful outcomes. Desirable: prior experience in selling biometric solutions and other modalities of authentication. Proven experience in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly. Strong understanding of healthcare or hospitality verticals. Expertise in developing partnerships with ISVs. Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortable presenting to management and public groups. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Compliance with HID Global policies related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems. Travel and fieldwork up to 50%, including international travel; must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The base salary in the United States is $110,000 to $120,000. The OTE is up to $200,000. This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
