What you’ll do
Serve as the main point of contact for customers—building strong, positive relationships through professional and timely communication
Process and manage customer orders, forecasts, and inquiries to ensure smooth product flow through the supply chain
Partner closely with internal teams to anticipate and fulfill customer needs
Troubleshoot and resolve order or fulfillment concerns with creativity and care
Track and analyze account data, ensuring accuracy in reporting and recordkeeping
Support payment activities by coordinating with accounts payable and receivable
Partner cross‑functionally to drive efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction
What you bring
Associate degree with 1+ year of experience (or High School diploma with 2+ years) in customer service, inside sales, or order management
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
A team‑oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); ERP experience a plus
A passion for providing excellent service and helping customers succeed
