Strategic Account Manager - San Antonio

Paycom . This position has a salary of $95,000 per annum, with an uncapped commission plan. Responsibilities
Leverages technology to ensure clients see a return on current and future investments and identifies opportunities to add revenue Manages the ongoing relationship with existing clients to drive usage, retention, and revenue growth Works closely with Outside Sales Representatives and Transition Specialists to ensure a smooth client ownership transition and continuity of service Cultivates and nurtures existing client relationships for strong retention Aims to achieve sales quota and revenue goals through client retention and account expansion strategies Proactively analyzes, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis Drives revenue retention/growth, account profitability, and client satisfaction/loyalty Performs client presentations articulating the value proposition of Paycom software, solutions, and services Maintains relationships at C-level and throughout client organizations to provide business solutions Conducts required face-to-face meetings on a weekly basis Prepares strategic agendas, reviews usage, oversees software system updates, identifies needs and opportunities, and provides insights to maximize value of Paycom solutions Conducts regular business reviews with clients, presenting performance metrics and proposing strategic recommendations Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities Develops a complete understanding of the client’s organizational structure Assists in software development efforts by delivering feedback on market needs and opportunities Travel
Up to 75% travel – may include overnight travel by plane, train, or automobile Required to attend in person New Hire, Regional and Department training What We Offer
