Retail Store Manager PATERSON | Main St 2 at Arch Telecom. Lead a Retail Team to bring the brand to life, live and breathe Arch Telecom’s Core Values, and act as a brand ambassador. Create energy and excitement around products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and focus on customer needs. Build meaningful connections with customers, uncover their needs, and educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. What you’ll do in your role
Lead by example to help customers continue their shopping journey online, via Customer Care, or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and new store programs and initiatives. Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices. Ensure the store is always at its best, approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty, and empathy. Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including explaining network coverage, plan benefits, and troubleshooting. Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience, resolve issues, and identify handoff opportunities for small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships and be accountable for the company’s success; maintain a positive, fun work environment while delivering first-class customer experience.
