Job Description: Retail Store Manager (RSM) leads a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. RSMs live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, leading by example as brand ambassadors. They create energy and excitement around products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus, and build meaningful connections with customers by uncovering needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. Responsibilities
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives Lead by example in selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues Identify and hand off small business leads and develop strong peer relationships for the company’s success Maintain a positive team environment while delivering first-class customer experience The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
