Job Description
Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values, acting as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. The RSM thrives in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are the first focus, builds new and deepens existing relationships, and demonstrates and recommends device and service solutions.
What you’ll do in your role?
Help customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in‑store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions from sales to inventory and program implementation.
Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Maintain the store’s excellence through consistent service and sales.
Become proficient in the use of digital tools
Show coverage benefits and the lightning‑fast LTE network in‑person.
Explain how plans and services keep customers connected and limitless.
Redefine wireless experience by inspecting devices, reviewing account details, and troubleshooting.
Complete training on in‑store experience, skills, processes, and system knowledge. Build relationships with employees across channels
Own the customer experience, resolve issues, and create a seamless environment.
Identify and hand off small‑business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships that support company success.
Enjoy what you do while providing first‑class customer service.
