We\'re seeking an Account Manager to take over an established, profitable customer base in Richmond and aggressively grow it. Responsibilities
Take ownership of a well-established territory with profitable accounts and immediately start identifying growth opportunities.
Develop and execute strategic territory plans to exceed sales and gross profit targets by acquiring new customers and expanding existing relationships.
Build strong partnerships through consistent on-site and virtual communication, collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-added solutions, and leverage our product lines in hoses, gaskets, and conveyor systems.
Use CRM to manage your pipeline effectively, conduct business reviews with customers, and work as part of a collaborative team while maintaining the autonomy to drive your own success.
Qualifications
2+ years of industrial sales, service, or distribution experience (or college degree in Industrial Distribution).
Valid driver\'s license, strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel within your territory.
Must be available for occasional nights and weekends.
Preferred
3-7 years of proven outside industrial sales experience with knowledge of hose, gasket, or conveyor systems.
