Overview Spanish 2 Tutor role focused on online instruction through the Varsity Tutors platform.
Compensation & Logistics
Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You can earn up to $40/hour with continued engagement with the same student.
Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.
Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
We handle the logistics—you just invoice for your tutoring sessions, and we take care of payments.
Responsibilities
Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring with personalized instruction to individual students.
Accept on-demand tutoring requests whenever you’re available.
Be matched with students best-suited to your teaching style and expertise.
Leverage the platform tools to enhance instructional time and engagement.
What We Look For In a Tutor
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
Expertise in Spanish 2 and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.
