Whether you’re an existing expert in garage door systems or bring mechanical experience from a related trade, we’ll provide the tools, training, and support you need to thrive. What You’ll Do
Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage door systems (sectional, rolling steel, fire doors, high-speed doors, dock equipment). Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, providing effective solutions to keep customers safe and satisfied. Perform thorough inspections and ensure all work meets or exceeds safety standards. Keep accurate records with notes, diagrams, and photos for each job. Deliver 5-star service with every customer interaction, always looking for opportunities to add value. Maintain a clean driving record, follow OSHA safety guidelines, and uphold company standards. What We’re Looking For
Experience preferred – Garage door installation/repair experience is ideal, but skilled tradespeople with mechanical aptitude are welcome to apply. Valid driver’s license & clean MVR. Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand tools. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus. Paid training to sharpen your skills. A supportive team environment where your success matters. Real advancement opportunities into senior tech, lead installer, or management roles.
