Local to the Tampa market 5+ years of multi-unit titled leadership position for a high-volume, full-service hospitality company Experience overseeing 4+ locations and $15M+ revenue/year Experience leading 50+ employees, including managers Passionate focus towards sales generating initiatives Experience with P&L, forecasting, budgeting and analysis Proficient with POS systems, spreadsheets and hospitality PC based systems Excellent interpersonal communication skills and guest-focused charisma Experience collaborating with HR for recruiting, training and retention District Manager Preferred Background & Skills
Extensive experience with LBW and food menus Proficient knowledge of R&M, safety and sanitation standards/laws Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related field Job Details
