We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in San Diego, CA and surrounding areas. As a caregiver with TheKey, you will earn top pay rates of $22.00 per hour while building a meaningful career in a growing industry. Responsibilities : As a caregiver, you will assist clients 1:1 with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. This includes: Personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and assisting with meals Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing Transportation: driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping Companionship: games, puzzles, or other activities that provide social and emotional support Qualifications : To be eligible, you must have: At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience At least 18 years of age HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray Benefits : We offer flexible schedules, highly competitive pay rates, weekly pay with optional daily pay, mileage reimbursement, benefits, paid training, referral bonuses, and career development opportunities.
