Pay $67,000 - $90,000 annually
Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring adherence to our service and food quality standards. If you have experience managing restaurant teams and a passion for guest satisfaction, apply today!
Compensation This is a bonus-eligible position, with total cash compensation ranging from $67,000 to $90,000 annually based on store performance, with a base salary of $66,560.
Responsibilities
Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
Review applications, interview, and recommend or make hiring decisions for hourly staff.
Set work schedules, assign tasks, and direct staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and maintain guest satisfaction.
Provide and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House staff.
Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring compliance with recipes and procedures.
Conduct formal Taste & Temp tests.
Enforce security measures to ensure safety of staff and guests.
Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
Practice safe food handling procedures.
Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
