Manage daily healthcare operations to meet residents' needs. Ensure respectful, quality care and dignity for residents. Maintain consistent quality care across shifts, stepping into caregiver roles as needed. Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians, and caregivers; provide ongoing training. Oversee medication management, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with guidelines. Share on-call duties as required. Hold an active LPN/LVN license and have 1-2 years relevant experience. Salary range: $35.00 - $44.58/hour. This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within the healthcare industry, specifically in hospitals and health care services.
