Job description About us Socially Significant ABA is a dedicated team of professionals with a client centered focus. We strive to create an atmosphere of collaboration in our learning experience. We utilize Precision Teaching, Discrete Trail Training and a variety of ABA techniques to help our clients reach their goals. We work with clients ages 2 - 21yrs old in our clinic, in home, and community settings. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments Use assessment tools such as VB-MAPP, the Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS), and the Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales-III, essentials for living, FAST, DTT, ITT, and/or Precision Teaching, Design and implement behavioral analysis service plans and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technician (RBT); implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians Provide caregiver/parent training to clients using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis and the client's behavior plan. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries As a BCBA you will be required to be the point of contact for assigned cases Job Requirements: Hold a certification for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) that is in good standing Work a minimum of 20 billable hours per week Experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities Conduct functional behavior assessments Write and manage the behavior support plans tailored to each individual Vehicle required with proof of insurance for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license. Experience working with children, teens, and young adults with autism and other related disabilities Resume and two personal or professional references are required Job Types: Full-time, W2 Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekend availability License/Certification: BCBA certification (Required) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
