Job Description You will serve and safeguard clients as an Armed Security Road Supervisor. You will act as a liaison between site supervisors, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Pay Rate:

$20 per hour

Location:

Miami, FL

Full Time:

Monday – Friday (8am–4pm)

Must Have

Active driver's license

Valid Florida Security License D License and G License

Supervisory Experience

Additional Qualifications and must have at least ONE of the following:

Military Service (DD214)

Law Enforcement (Academy Certificate)

Corrections (Academy Certificate)

Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice (120 College Credits on Official Transcripts)

Requirements

Be at least 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma with one of the following to be considered for this role:

Background check as required by law; Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws

Drug screen where permitted by law

Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs

Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment

Responsibilities

Handle the pressure of working with the general public (high-volume environments)

Provide customer service by enforcing safety and security procedures and site policies, and performing emergency response activities where appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; duties vary by client site
