Home Instead is seeking a highly
energetic , and
organized
individual to join our team as a Lead Care Pro. If you have an active CNA or HCA license,
excellent communication skills , and a passion for improving the lives of aging adults, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
Position Overview:
The Lead Care Pro position will perform all duties under the Care Pro job description along with additional duties to support key player job functions which could include the following: Care Pro engagement activities, Care Pro training, Care Pro & client inquiries, and client care support..
Primary Responsibilities
Cover Open Shifts and call offs, where needed during the scheduled working time. Care Pro engagement and training activities which may include mentoring new care pros, help with training skills and provide feedback and support. Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper training and support. Communicate with office and client care team on any changes in client condition or feedback on care pros.
Requirements
Current Resume - must include with application to be considered for position. Active CNA or HCA license. Caregiving Experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills, with a service and solution-oriented mindset. Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new virtual platforms. Full Time Position - Guaranteed 40 hour per week This is a WEEKEND position: Saturdays & Sundays and 3 week days
Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage: $27-29 (depending on experience) Competitive salary Paid Time Off Dental & Health insurance Simple IRA with up to a 3% match Company-provided PPE Mileage reimbursement
