Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and upcoming Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Maintain store presentation and operations to keep the store at its best. In-role Learning & Tools
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Learn to use digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, and to demonstrate network coverage, plans and services, and device/account inspection and troubleshooting. Collaborations
Build relationships with employees across channels, including business and customer service, to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues to create a seamless, run-around-free environment. Identify and hand off small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where the team is accountable for the company’s success.
