Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store. Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to the implementation of new store programs and initiatives. Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. Ensure the store is consistently operating at its best. Responsibilities
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in using digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, demonstrating: How our coverage stacks up in the customer\'s neighborhood with a fast LTE network. Why plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected and go further. How wireless solutions are delivered, including device and account inspection, review and troubleshooting. Training and Collaboration
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems and reference resources. Build relationships with employees across channels to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues. Identify and hand off small business leads; develop strong peer relationships; contribute to the company\'s success. The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Leadership and competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Willingness to lead your team, share best practices, and provide customer resolutions.
