Retail Store Manager SUMMERSVILLE | Northside Dr role at Arch Telecom.
What you'll do in your role
Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales and inventory to new store programs and initiatives.
Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
Maintain store excellence and readiness at all times.
Role Responsibilities
Approach service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy.
Become proficient in digital tools to enhance interactions and onboarding, including in-store demonstrate how our coverage stacks up in customers’ neighborhoods and how plans enable life online.
Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills, processes, systems and resources.
Build relationships with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues, including identifying and handing off small business leads.
Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success and provide first-class customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
Leadership and competitive drive with the confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
Ability to lead a team, share best practices, and serve customers while resolving issues.
Effectiveness in operational, financial and performance management.
Amazing communication skills with team members and customers.
Prior wireless sales experience.
