Who You’ll Work With:
The Fund Administration Analyst plays a critical role in overseeing all activities associated with a group of pooled investment vehicles while providing support and guidance to colleagues and business partners. The role entails ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables as well as managing all requirements of internal and external customers efficiently and effectively. The position requires multi-tasking, problem-solving, troubleshooting, analysis, and effective communication. The role also involves interacting with and managing external business partners, as well as initiating and leading process improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and analyze NAV calculation performed by delegated service providers for accuracy.
Assist in audit coordination, resolve audit queries, and provide feedback on financial statements.
Support jurisdictional tax and other regulatory reporting requirements.
Monitor and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Research and resolve operational issues, notifying management accordingly.
Provide prompt support to internal and external queries or requests.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and business partners.
Participate in process documentation, training, improvement proposals, and implementation.
Assist with ad hoc projects, including fund launches, liquidations, and data requests.
Understand activities related to the trial balance, including income, expenses (including management and incentive fees), derivative transactions, currency implications, and dividend distributions.
Ensure fund compliance with relevant regulatory bodies (e.g., IRS, SEC, CSSF).
What We’re Looking For:
3-5+ years’ experience in hedge funds/private equity.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
