Responsibilities
General Responsibilities Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards Drive sales and profitability while managing labor and food costs Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and junior managers Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand standards Role-Specific Responsibilities Manager
Assists with front-of-house leadership and guest satisfaction Ensures smooth shift execution and staff engagement Supports scheduling, inventory, and opening/closing procedures
Assistant General Manager
Supports the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations Helps drive team culture and performance Acts as a key leadership contact for daily execution
Kitchen Manager
Oversees back-of-house operations and food quality standards Trains and leads kitchen staff in execution, cleanliness, and speed Partners closely with the FOH team to ensure seamless service
What We’re Looking For
1-3 years of experience in restaurant management Full-service dining experience preferred Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Ability to lead a team in a high-paced environment Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Commitment to providing exceptional guest service Strong organizational and time management skills
