24 hrs week, M-F 7a-5pm, schedule is rotating, and 1 winter and 1 summer holiday requirement. No weekends. We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
