Training Clients: implement programs built by experts or create individualized training plans tailored to each member’s needs, fitness level, and goals. Fitness Consultations: assess members’ fitness levels and develop long-term plans aligned with their goals. Sales: promote the benefits of personal training and sell appropriate packages to members. Club Maintenance: maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the club to support a professional environment. What we offer
Competitive Pay: $20-$50+ per hour, plus commission on personal training package sales. In-House Sales Training: training to succeed in a relationship-based sales environment. Requirements
Personal Trainer Certification (current and from an NCCA-accredited organization, e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA). CPR & AED certified; First Aid certification a plus. Sales Experience preferred: selling personal training packages and developing member relationships. Passion for fitness and helping others; dedication to guiding members toward healthier, happier lives.
