Job Description

Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs lead by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced, fun environment where customer needs are first. They build meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships and uncovering needs to educate, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions.

What you'll do in your role?

Lead by example, demonstrating all the things it takes for your team to excel:

Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store. Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store. Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing all store functions from sales to inventory and new programs. Sell personalized solutions beyond bare‑bones device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Make sure your store is always at its best.

Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding:

Show how coverage stacks up in customers' neighborhoods with a lightning‑fast LTE network. Explain plans and services that let customers live unlimited, stay connected and go further. Redefine wireless with device inspection, review, troubleshooting, and account management.

Complete trainings on in‑store experience, new skills and processes, systems knowledge and reference resources.

Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to:

Collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run‑around‑free environment. Identify and handoff small business leads. Develop strong peer relationships where we are all accountable for company success. Provide a first‑class customer experience while having a good time.

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

Effective operational, financial and performance management. Amazing communication skills to your team and customers. Prior wireless sales experience.
