Job Description Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are leading by example as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment where customer needs are their first focus. They build meaningful connections with customers by understanding their needs and passionately educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.
What you'll do in your role
Lead by example, helping customers continue their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology.
Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales goals, overseeing sales, inventory, and new initiatives.
Sell personalized solutions beyond basic device and service plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
Maintain the store’s appearance and operations at their best.
Approach service and sales with patience, honesty, and empathy.
Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, troubleshooting, and more.
Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, systems, and resources.
Partner with employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop strong relationships.

Prior wireless sales experience

Wireless sales experience
