Youth Lead Tennis Coach
at TGA Premier Sports. Lead engaging tennis programs for children, focusing on skill development, teamwork, and a love for the game. Plan and execute tennis lessons, mentor junior coaches, and maintain a fun, positive learning environment. Inspire young athletes with individualized coaching, foster development, and promote sportsmanship and teamwork in all activities. This role is ideal for skilled tennis players with coaching experience who want to lead and make a difference in young athletes' lives. Responsibilities
Plan and execute tennis lessons for children, focusing on skill development and enjoyment of the game.
Lead and mentor junior coaches; foster teamwork and a positive learning environment.
Provide individualized coaching, support athlete development, and promote sportsmanship.
Coordinate with program locations to deliver consistent tennis programming.
Requirements
Previous experience coaching youth athletes in tennis
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate children
Ability to create a fun and educational environment for learning
Reliable transportation to various coaching locations
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
Passion for sports and promoting healthy lifestyles for kids
Benefits
Hourly pay of $40+ per hour depending on experience
