Overview
Repair and Tool Technician role at The Home Depot. Position involves the evaluation and repair of small engines, outdoor power equipment and handheld electrical devices. Technicians work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers. In a store, technicians will provide service to Tool Rental customers (including writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs), ensure that tools are operating properly, and demonstrate their proper use as needed. In non-store locations, technicians will ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, and cleaned prior to returning to the originating store. Technicians must have thorough knowledge of all tools and effectively manage the tool inventory by maintaining and repairing tools as necessary. Base pay range
$21.50/hr - $21.50/hr Responsibilities
