Head coaches for Day camp are responsible for supervising and coaching children ages 3-17 during camp. Head Coaches are expected to provide a fun learning environment while also ensuring campers are safe. The position requires the ability to teach the game of soccer to work well with others in a professional manner.
Duties/Responsibilities
Supervise campers and ensure a safe environment while they are Keene State’s Campus Engage with campers in a professional manner while creating a fun and inviting environment Teaching basic soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting. Coaching basic concepts of soccer Communicating group news and plans with camp administration Being able to adjust to daily schedules and work with other teams
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience
Coaching Experience High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work with others
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Teaching the technical and tactical skills of the game of soccer.
