The**pay range**(base + commission) for a Sales Agent is $47,840 - $110,000+ / year
The**Location**for this role is onsite at:**30 Waterside Dr. Farmington, CT 06032**
What You Will Do
Handle high-intent, inbound-only leadsabsolutely no cold calling Consult across personal and commercial lines to design customized coverage Match clients with products from 100+ top-tier national and regional carriers Retain and grow client relationships through consultative lifecycle management Document and maintain regulatory and carrier compliance with precision Engage collaboratively with leadership in a high-performance sales culture
Our Ideal Candidate
High School Diploma Active Property and Casualty license (preferred), or the willingness to obtain a license within 30 days of hire 1+ year of insurance sales or service experience Strong communication, follow-up, and close-orientation
Preferred Attributes
Bachelors Degree Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred Experience working in a call center environment Fluency in Spanish is welcome but not necessary
