Arden's Garden is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Piedmont Park location! This is a role where you will serve our guests by making smoothies, sharing product knowledge, and creating wonderful customer experiences. To be successful, you should have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and enjoy working with all types of people. The ideal candidate will be a great multitasker, have excellent customer service skills and prior experience leading a team in sales or in the food industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
Operate blenders and sell healthy juices and smoothies.
Prepare cold foods and operate a panini press.
Share nutritional knowledge with customers.
Ensure Loss Prevention.
Develop strong relationships with customers.
Assist with inventory management and merchandising.
Assist with store operations.
Must have a reliable car and cellphone.

Bartender, barista, and service industry experience not required but preferred
