Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead our growing sales team. This role offers a competitive base salary plus commissions on self-generated sales and overrides on team sales. With a
target annual compensation range of $150k-$200k , this position is ideal for a proven leader with experience in the home services industry who can drive team success and foster a culture of growth and high performance. The Sales Manager will be primarily based in the office but will also conduct field ride-alongs, guiding team members on sales calls and strategies.
Flexible hours
may occasionally be required, including weekend availability to support team needs. Base Salary : $35k - $50k annually (based on experience) Override on Team Sales : Direct correlation to your team’s success Commission : Additional earnings on self-generated sales Performance Bonuses : Potential to earn bonuses based on personal performance Earnings Potential : $150k - $200k annually, with uncapped earning potential Growth Path : Opportunities to advance into additional service offerings such as solar, construction, and restoration, with a clear path for promotion W-2 Benefits Option : Includes health, vision, dental, and 14 days of PTO after a 90-day probationary period, gas card, plus potential to earn a company vehicle Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing mentorship, goal-setting, and motivation to drive success Develop and implement sales strategies to meet team growth objectives Conduct ride-alongs and field training with team members to coach and refine sales approaches Regularly review and track team performance to ensure goals are met and provide feedback for improvement Manage client interactions and guide team members in delivering exceptional customer service Handle sales tasks, property visits, and ensure effective communication with project management Be available for support on evenings and weekends when necessary to aid the team Qualifications Proven experience as a sales manager or team leader, with 3-5 years of leadership in a sales setting, ideally in home services Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a sales team, setting and achieving ambitious goals Strong social, communication, and motivational skills to inspire and drive a team to success Experience in sales and client relationship management in the home services industry Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation Why Join Mighty Dog Roofing?
