Summary Our client is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive for our US sales team. The qualified individual will be someone with direct contractor field experience in one or more of our targeted markets and must be people-friendly as someone that loves the sales process.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound sales efforts with existing and new customers with primary focus on lines
Create access and build revenue growth across new market segments
Work closely with the marketing team to target different market segments
Work directly with applicators on site to train and supervise tools use
Represent at industry trade shows and customer vendor days
Develop sales channels and innovative services
Conduct market research and assist in the development and expansion of CRM tool
Promote a company culture based on trust, responsibility, and entrepreneurial spirit
Experience and qualifications
5 years proven sales experience in industrial equipment, tools, coatings, or infrastructure solutions
An independent initiator, self-starter, that can take responsibility and build trust within a small team
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling sales and building product demand
Strong communicator, comfortable leading industry workshops and hands-on field demonstrations
Technical affinity or background in industrial, mechanical, or coatings-related fields preferred
Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus
