MadaLuxe is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Coordinator that is highly organized, detailed, team-oriented and able to multi-task in fast-paced office environment to support the Timepieces and Jewelry Team. Base pay range

$75,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr MadaLuxe provided pay range

This range is provided by MadaLuxe. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Primary Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze retail sales reports: sales to stock ratios, sell-through, weeks of supply, etc. Create ATS reports and line sheets for inventory management and offers to customers Manage Monthly Open Order reports to ensure seamless order fulfillment, on time delivery, and track performance. Manage and Track Customer purchase orders from receipt to final shipment Generate reports and conduct sales analytics through RLM software and AptClarity. Assist in preparing agreements, contracts and account set up with customers EDI preparation & open order management: entering/checking orders, ensuring styles are in EDI catalog, attribute sheets, and allocations Manage drop ship inventory, online copy, and images for retailers – previous drop ship experience a plus Managing flow of samples and ensuring database is consistently maintained for accuracy Prepare for key account meetings/presentations/samples Routinely and effectively communicate with customers Research customer prospects and qualify leads Skills and Experience

Excellent organizational skills & time management Ability to learn and work independently Strong follow-up skills and professional curiosity Attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and oral communication skills Understanding and analyzing reports 3-5 years industry experience, including strong knowledge in retail math Luxury experience preferred but not required Ability to travel a plus Team player for whom no task is too small or too large Enthusiastic and positive Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can shift priorities with ease. Representative of the brand at all times demonstrating professionalism and team spirit Maintain confidentiality of information Seniority level
