This is a full-time role in the Outside Lawn & Garden department. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services, and ensure a positive shopping experience while supporting home improvement needs. Your Day at Lowe's
As a Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them find and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. Daily responsibilities may vary by department. Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service. Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise Stock merchandise by replenishing shelves and organizing displays Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds) Guide customers through shopping or checkout Complete other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction) Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or over 25 lbs with or without accommodation Preferred Qualifications
6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience Bi-lingual skills Certification in a trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials) Benefits and Support
