The Sales Associate sets the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring every patient and customer has the best experience in LensCrafters every time. Major Duties & Responsibilities
Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings. Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements to help customers choose the best vision solution. Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed. Contribute to a positive store environment and foster professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff. Maintain the appearance of the store and keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized. Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect. Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic math skills Willingness to embrace new technology and adapt with accuracy Ability to sell through effective sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals Strong communication skills (oral and written) Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and adapt to a quickly changing environment Company & Benefits
LensCrafters is part of Luxottica. Pay range: 15.34 - 20.98. Employee pay is determined by factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which supplements a first-class total rewards package.
