Sales Representative
A full-time outside sales position. Your role is to develop relationships with pre-qualified homeowners. You are not responsible for generating your own leads. Before your first interaction with prospective customers, 80% of the legwork has been done for you through a rigorous pre-qualification process that positions you for success. Your focus is on selling; we handle the rest from processing the order to post-sale changes. You will learn our training process and products within the first 90 days and deliver a proven sales presentation to consumers who need what we offer.
Responsibilities
Delivery of our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad
Participation in ongoing sales training on a weekly basis during our meetings
Design new bath on our proprietary iPad software
Deliver price and close sales on a daily basis
Qualifications
Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline
Ability to work independently
Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings
Previous sales experience or experience with home services is a big plus
Salary and Benefits
$100k- $300k annual compensation is typical for fully committed team members. This is a commission-based role with earnings determined by performance
