Responsibilities
Engage in proactive follow-up communication with existing customers to deliver effective solutions for plumbing or water-related issues.
Leverage established pricing matrix and/or insurance guidelines to provide competitive quotes for repair/replacement options and effectively close sales.
Be a trusted information resource for Roto-Rooter customers.
Identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for residential and commercial customers (excavation).
Conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine root interruption or breakage requiring repair or replacement.
Identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water for residential and commercial market (water restoration).
Perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license.
Strong customer service focus.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Plumbing experience is not required or required.
Organized self-starter with an outgoing personality.
Working knowledge of common software programs.
Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services strongly desired; all outside sales experience will be considered.
